Ordering
Z Wind Ups Online Store currently ONLY accepts orders placed on the zwindups.com web site. Orders can be placed on the web site 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. There is a minimum order amount of $8.00 (not including shipping/handling or tax) on an order. For very large orders (i.e., event favors, promotion items, etc.) please contact zwindups-sales@zwindups.com for special arrangements.
Mail orders or telephone orders are NOT accepted.

Payments, Pricing and Promotions
Zwindups.com accepts ONLY payments made online with your VISA, Master Card, Discover or American Express credit cards. We do NOT accept C.O.D., cash, checks or any other forms of payment.
Your credit card will be billed upon shipment; the charge will appear on your card as "California Creations".
Freight charges will be added to orders that are less than $50. If you order $50 or more in product (product only; this does not include shipping/handling or tax), your shipping is free.
Sales Tax of 8.75% will be added for all orders shipping within California.

Shipping & Delivery
We can ship your order anywhere in the United States and Puerto Rico. At the present time we do not accept international orders online. For international shipments, or other special shipping requirements, please contact us at zwindups-cs@zwindups.com.
Zwindups.com ships most domestic US orders via UPS ground. Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days from the time you place your order. Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are shipped USPS.
Expedited or “air” shipments are shipped via UPS Next Day air or UPS 2nd Day air. For expedited shipments, orders will be shipped within 2 business days of the order date.

Returns & Replacements
In the unlikely event there is a problem with your zwindups.com purchase, you may contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order or within 2 weeks of your original order date and request a return and/or replacement. To return a purchase, send an email Return Request to zwindups-returns@zwindups.com and provide the following information:

• Order number or Invoice number
• Item information
• Reason for the Return Request

If we approve the return, we will email instructions. For approved returns, refunds will be made for the purchase price and sales tax only; freight charges will not be reimbursed. When requesting a return, we encourage you to attach a picture illustrating the problem so we may better determine the best remedy. DO NOT return an item without Return Approval. It will be refused.

Zwindups.com only collects information from our customers that are 13 years old or older. We collect only the information necessary to ensure a smooth transaction and a better shopping experience for our customers. This information may include your Name, Address, Phone Number, Zip Code, Credit Card Information and other information relevant to our on-line secure orders. This information is NOT given out to any mailing list, demographic studies, marketing organizations, bulk emailer or any other third party that is not directly involved in the required steps to complete the credit card transaction and the shipment of your order.
We are in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act. We do not collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years of age or to children being supervised by an adult.
