Although Tom Tom thinks otherwise, Basie knows better--he's the most important member of this marching band. Without his faithfully beat, the other members would never be able to keep in step as they parade down Main Street on Memorial Day. They might have trouble carrying a tune, but this Not So Grand Band knows how to march!
